Professional Training Information

All Winter Academy Participants will train with a professional coach two times (2) per week during the 12 week program. We would like the players to attend both training sessions if possible but it is not mandatory if you have a conflict. If you miss a training session there also may be other opportunities to train within our year round program. Basically, this can be as little or big commitment as you want to make it.

We recognize there may be a slight overlap in your recreational season and that is o.k. We would like you to honor your commitment with them if there is a conflict on one of our training days. When your season is completed then you can commit fully to our Winter Program. If this is the the case, just let us know the day / days you will not be able to make it.

Training sessions: (tentatively) Tuesday and Friday, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. (Maybe 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.)

Location: Glendora

Training sessions will be 1 - 1.5 hours in length.

Focus of All Training Sessions:  individual technical development of players, such as proper dribbleing, change direction, fake & feint, pass, shoot, and more....
