Amy Walz
Director of Operations

Amy Walz, Director of Soccer Operations, comes to GFC with a wealth of soccer knowledge & licensing, playing experience, and a strong professional management background.
Amy’s professional management background consists of a Masters Degree is Sports Administration, managing an Indoor Soccer Center, and most recently as the General Manager for Real California Football Club.
She was a Director of Coaching at Littleton United Soccer Club (Colorado) from 2002-2005. Littleton United hosted 45 competitive teams. Amy spent time as the DOC: U11 Boys and Girls, and the Director of Goalkeeping. She also coached collegiately at California Lutheran University and Butler Community College.
While in Colorado, Amy was the starting goalkeeper for the Adult Amateur Region IV Semifinalists in 2005. In 2004, she was the starting goalkeeper for the National Cup Semifinalists and Regional Champion womens teams.
During college, Amy was a team captain, and still holds career records for saves (189) and shutouts (26). Her goals against average was .89. She also scored several goals while playing on the field.
